Money saving tips
Since the MSc in Biomedical Engineering is a part-time program, you can choose to visit the host Institute city, on a course specific basis (e.g. only on weekends). We provide students with attractive deals at local hotels, to facilitate short stays on a budget and urge them to use simple transportation methods like carpooling, to minimize transportation costs from and to the city of Kozani.

The entry requirements for MSc are:
- A first-class or upper second-class degree, equivalent of a Bachelor degree in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline. Other related professional qualifications or industrial (or Health related) experience may also be considered.
- Sound English language qualifications. Even though there are no particular language skill requirements (e.g. a Lower degree, or equivalent, would suffice for enrollment), students with basic English should be proficient in Greek.

As our first MSc students rush towards becoming Alumni of our MSc in Biomedical Engineering, we are exited to open our graduate program to new applications. Our MSc is geared towards students pursuing a career within, or in support-of the medical sector e.g. preoperative planning, medical instrumentation, pharmaceutics, bio-informatics etc. This year, we introduce a new specialization for electrical engineers next to our existing ones in biomechanics and medicine.
